A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF NAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that portion of Lot 39, Anaheim Extension, as shown on a
Map made by Wm. Hamel and filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 39, said point
of beginning being, for the purpose of this description, the
point of intersection of the center line of La Palma Avenue and
North Citron Street, as shown on a Map of Tract No. 2184, re-
corded in Book 80, pages 31, 32 and 33 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County; thence South 15 21' 00" East
along the center line of said North Citron Street a distance of
127.70 feet; thence Westerly in a line perpendicular to the last
mentioned center line, a distance of 32.00 feet; thence Northerly
along a line parallel with and 32.00 feet Westerly of the center
line of North Citron Street a distance of 69.90 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a
radius of 15 feet; thence Northerly and Westerly along said curve
through a central angle of 74 59' 15" an arc distance of 19.63
feet to a point 53 feet Southerly from the center line of said
La Palma Avenue; thence Northerly along a line perpendicular to
said Southerly line of La Palma Avenue a distance of 53.00 feet
to the center line of said La Palma Avenue; thence Easterly
along said center line of La Palma Avenue to the point of
beginning.
