A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particular y described as of ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that certain portion of land as allotted to the
Heirs of Leandro Serrano in Section 9, Township 4 South,
Range 9 West, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as shown on a Map of Partition of the Rancho
Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book "B" of Judgments of
the 17th Judicial District Court of California, described in
the deed to Louis E. Nohl and Margaret Elliot Nohl, recorded
October 6, 1943 in Book 1210, page 501 of Official Records
of said County, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southerly terminus of that certain course
in the Easterly boundary of Tract No. 5499, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 201, pages 46 and 47 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, shown thereon as having
a bearing of North 2 25' 35" East and a length of 206.84
feet; thence along said Easterly boundary North 2 25' 35"
East, 206.84 feet; thence North 5 37' 35" East, 112.98 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Westerly and
having a radius of 309.88 feet; thence Northerly along a
portion of said curve through a central angle of 2 22' 41"
an arc distance of 12.86 feet to the true point of beginning
of the parcel of land hereinafter described; thence
South 86 45' 06" East 32 feet to a point, said point being
the beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly and having a
radius of 17 feet, a radial line bearing North 86 45' 06"
West passes through the point of beginning of said curve;
thence Northerly and Easterly along said curve through a
central angle of 83 07' 06" an arc distance of 24.66
feet; thence North 86 22' 00" East tangent to said curve
a distance of 121.21 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Northerly and having a radius of 326 feet;
thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 21 42' 00' an arc distance of 123.47 feet;
thence North 64 40' 00" East tangent to said curve a
distance of 91.37 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Southerly and having a radius of 174 feet;
thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 13 32' 07' an arc distance of 41.10 feet to
the beginning of a curve concave Southerly and having a
radius of 50 feet, a radial line bearing North 11 47' 53"
West passes through the point of beginning of said curve;
thence Southeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 49 40' 17' an arc distance of 43.35 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly and having a
radius of 46 feet, a radial line bearing South 37 52' 24"
West, passes through the point of beginning of said curve;
thence Southeasterly, Easterly, Northerly, Southwesterly
and Westerly along said curve through a central angle of
253 36' 43' an arc distance of 203.61 feet to the
beginning of a reverse curve concave Northerly and having
a radius of 50 feet, a radial line passing through the
point of beginning of said reverse curve bears North
35 44' 19" West; thence Southwesterly along said reverse
curve through a central angle of 31 03' 53 an arc
distance of 27.11 feet to the beginning of a reverse
curve concave Southerly and having a radius of 226 feet,
a radial line bears North 4 40' 26" West and passes
through the point of beginning of the last mentioned
reverse curve; thence Southwesterly along said reverse
curve through a central angle of 20 39' 34" an arc
distance of 81.49 feet; thence South 64 40' 00" West
tangent to the last mentioned curve a distance of 91.37
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northerly
and having a radius of 274 feet; thence Southwesterly
along said curve through a central angle of 21 42' 00"
an arc distance of 103.77 feet; thence South 86 22' 00"
West tangent to the last mentioned curve a distance of
121.21 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Northeasterly and having a radius of 17 feet; thence
Westerly and Northerly along said curve through a central
angle of 83 07' 06" an arc distance of 24.66 feet;
thence South 79 29' 06" West 32 feet, more or less, to
an intersection with the East line of the aforementioned
Tract No. 5499, said point of intersection being in a
curve concave Westerly and having a radius of 309.88
feet; thence Southerly along said curve being a portion
of the Easterly line of said Tract No. 5499, a distance
of 74.44 feet, more or less, to the true point of
beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of s =-.id real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
