RESOLUTION NO. 65R
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CORRECTING RESOLUTION
NO. 64R -862, NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 64R -862 declared the results
of the special Charter Election held June 2, 1964; and
WHEREAS, said results were declared upon the basis
of information furnished by the County Clerk of the County of
Orange, which information, through inadvertence and clerical
error failed to take into consideration the absentee ballots
cast for and against the ratification and adoption of a City
Charter; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to
correct Resolution No. 64R -862 nunc pro tunc to reflect said
absentee ballots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that its Resolution No. 64R -682, passed
and adopted the 24th day of November, 1964, be, and the same
is hereby amended nunc pro tunc to read as follows:
