A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council cf the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City, Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of R. A. WATT CONSTRUCTION
CO. a cor•oration
to sell to the City of Anaheim t e following described real
property situated in the City of An...heim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
,public utility purposes
and more particularly descri e d as o ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Southerly 32.00 feet
of the Easterly 410.00 feet of Lot 3, Stockwell's
Subdivision, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 6, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.
For the purpose of this description, the East
line of said Lot 3 is considered to be the
center line of East Street.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and thv the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, nd he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of s. id real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
