A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
ublic tilit .ur.oses
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RALPH A. RINGO and LIBORIA
JOSEPHINE RINGO husband and wife. LIBORIO SCLIFO and JENNIE SCLIFO,
husband and wife; VICTOR C. SCLIFO and MARY KAYE SCLIFO, husband and
wife; and SAMUEL C. RINGO and JOSEPHINE RINGO, husband and wife,_
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
_public utility purposes
and more particularITTle as foil
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land, being a portion of the East five (5)
acres of the South half of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the South half of the South-
east quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 13, said
corner being the center line intersection of Ball Road with the
center line of Dale Avenue; thence Northerly along the center
line of Dale Avenue a distance of 396.40 feet; thence Westerly
parallel with the South line of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 13, to an intersection with a line parallel with and
45.00 feet Westerly (as measured at right angles) from the East
line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 13; thence Souther-
ly along the last mentioned parallel line a distance of 328.49
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly
and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Southerly and Westerly
along said curve through a central angle of 89 40 40" an arc
distance of 23.48 feet to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 53.30 feet Northerly (as measured at right angles) from
the South line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 13;
thence Westerly along the last mentioned parallel line to the
West line of the Eest five (5) acres of the Southeast quarter of
the Southwest quarter of said Section 13; thence Southerly along
the West line of said East five (5) acres to the South line of
the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section

13; thence Easterly along a portion of the South line of the
Southwest quarter of said Section 13 to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and th =.t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, tha sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th d of April 1965
