RESOLUTION NO. 65R -286
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO HUGH PETERS TO. MOVE A DWELLING
FROM 1601 WALNUT, FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA.
TO 113 NORTH DAHLIA DRIVE, ANAHEIM, CALI-
FORNIA.
WHEREAS, HUGH PETERS having filed a written application
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 1601 Wal-
nut, Fullerton, California to 113 North Dahlia Drive, Anaheim,
California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 20th day of April, 1965, at the hour of 1 :30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an op-
portunity to belheard, and the City Council having duly con-
sidered said afigication for a house moving permit, together
with all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith,
does find that said permit should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said HUGH PETERS
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 1601
Walnut, Fullerton, California to 113 North Dahlia Drive, Anaheim,
California, be, and the same is hereby granted subject to com-
pliance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32
of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of build-
ings from a point outside the City of Anaheim to a point within
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 20th day of April, 1965.
