A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CI
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ham offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of A naheim that the offer of ROBERT L. PANEK anal
ANN MARIE PANEK. husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that portion of Lot 1, Tract 2381, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 69, pages 15, 16 and 17 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of Euclid Street
(formerly known as Euclid Avenue) and Alomar Avenue, as shown on
a Map of said Tract 2381; thence North 89 10' 48" East along the
center line of said Alomar Avenue a distance of 68.41 feet; thence
North 0 49' 12" West a distance of 30 feet to the beginning of a
curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet, a
radial line bearing South 0 49' 12" East passes through the
point of beginning of said curve; thence Westerly and Northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 90 31' 18" an arc
distance of 23.70 feet to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 53 feet Easterly as measured at right angles from the
center line of said Euclid Street; thence Northerly along said
parallel line to an intersection with the Northerly line of said
Lot 1; thence South 89 10' 42" West a distance of 53 feet to
the center line of said Euclid Street; thence South 0 18' 00"
East along the center line of said Euclid Street to the point of
beginning.
For the purpose of this description, the center line of Euclid
Street is assumed to be the West line, and the center line of
Alomar Avenue is assumed to be the South line of the above
described parcel of land.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of October 19 65
