A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CI
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the sass: o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of TOM H. WEEDA. a married
man, as his separate _property,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described read
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Easterly 53.00 feet, as measured at right angles from
the center line of Knott Street, of the following described parcels
of land:
PARCEL ONE: That portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 15,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
per Map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point North 88.00 feet from the Southeast corner
of. the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of said North-
east quarter; thence West 495.00 feet parallel with the South line
of said Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter; thence North 88.00 feet; thence East 495.00 feet parallel
with said South line to the East line of said Section; thence South
88.00 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL TWO: That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 15, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Loy Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 15; thence
Westerly 495 feet along the Southerly boundary thereof; thence North
88 feet; thence East 495 feet and parallel to the Southerly boundary
of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter; thence South 88 feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of October 1965
