A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CIT90Y' ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to vita An easement for public
utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the saw o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LAWRENCE 0. MARTINSEN and
LOUISE M. MARTINSEN, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described rea"1
property situated in the City of An< =heim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes
and more particularly described as followsi
An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 3 feet of the
Westerly 3 feet of Lot 5, Tract No. 5499, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 201, pages 46
and 47 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of October 19 65
