A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
FROM EARL H. DAHLMAN GRANTING TO THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Earl H. Dahlman did
enter into an agreement dated May 17, 1965 providing, among
other things, for the furnishing to the City of an easement deed
for road and public utility purposes over, under and across the
real property hereinafter described, subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in said agreement; and
WHEREAS, Earl H. Dahlman has submitted to the City an
easement deed as provided in said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Easement Grant Deed executed on
May 17, 1965 by Earl H. Dahlman, granting to the City of Anaheim
an easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the following described real property in the City of Ana-
heim, County of Orange, State of California, to wit:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 57.00 feet (as measured
at right angles from the monumented center line of
Sunkist Street) of the following described parcel of
land:
The North half of the Northwest quarter of the South-
east quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, S.B.B. M.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of land lying south of
the center line of Lincoln Avenue, formerly Anaheim
Olive Road, 60 feet wide.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within the
land conveyed to the State of California by Final Order
of Condemnation recorded July 28, 1964 in Book 7157,
page 99 of Official Records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby authorized and directed to record said deed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of October, 1965.
