A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
65R -214 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 64- 65 -87.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on March 16, 1965, adopt Resolution No.
65R -214 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 64 -65 -87 finding
and determining that the property and area therein described
should be changed from R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and R -0, ONE
FAMILY SURBURBAN ZONE, to R -1, ONE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
subject to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of said resolution
a tentative map of Tract No. 5674, comprising the property de-
scribed in Reclassification Proceedings No. 64- 65 -87, was on file
with the City; and
WHEREAS, since the adoption of said Resolution No.
65R -214 the area described therein, being all of the area in-
cluded in Tentative Tract No. 5674, has been resubdivided into
Tentative Tract No. 5674, Revision No. 1, and Tract No. 5999;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Resolution No.
65R -214 should, therefore, be amended to permit separate pro-
ceedings for the reclassification and development of each of
said tracts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zones
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R -214 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 64 -65 -87 be, and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
That the property and area described in said
resolution has subsequently been resubdivided
and is now described as Tentative Tract No.
5674, Revision No. 1, and Tract No. 5999; and
that each tract may be reclassified and developed
separately.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein
said Resolution No. 65R -214 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of October, 1965.
