Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
IOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across the Southerly 8 feet of that portion of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 26, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa
Ana, as per Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said
Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter with the South-
westerly line of the land conveyed to the State of California,
by deed filed April 9, 1952 as Document No. 25258, in the
office of the Registrar of Titles of said County; thence
North 40 50' 15 West 123.00 feet along said Southwesterly
line to the true point of beginning; thence North 40 50' 15"
West 150.85 feet; thence South 49 09' 45" West 318.29 feet
to said South line of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter; thence North 89 51' 25" East 231.17 feet to a line
bearing South 49 09' 45" West from the true point of
beginning; thence North 49 09' 45" East 143.03 feet to the
true point of beginning.
The Northerly three feet of the above described 8 feet will
be used for electric power line and cross arm overhang
purposes only.
