A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRA ili EE T&IN CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANA REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: ,An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of An aheim that the offer of H STEINBRINK and
ROSA C. E. STEINBRINK, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described read
property situated in the City of An °beim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Southerly 42 feet of the East half of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of October 1965
