enter into Agreement No. MS65Y01 -194 with reference to the improve-
ment of Collins Avenue from Katella Avenue southerly to the Anaheim
City boundary line; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said agreement Orange County
Flood Control District agreed to furnish to the City an easement
over an irregular- shaped parcel of land (designated as Parcel "K"
on Exhibit "A" of said agreement) for the construction of a City
standard curb return; and

OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC STREET
AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES.
Orange County Flood Control District has sub
an easement deed, executed by Lillian A.
granting to the City an easement for public
purposes over said parcel of property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the easement deed executed on August 23,
1965 by Lillian A. Hinrichs, Trustee under that certain Declara-
tion of Trust dated June 4, 1963, between Lillian A. Hinrichs,
as Trustor and Lillian A. Hinrichs, as Trustee, granting to
the City of Anaheim an easement for public street and highway
purposes over the real property in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of Lot 7 of the Travis Tract, in the city
of Anaheim, county of Orange, state of California,
per map recorded in book 5, page 120 of Miscellaneous
Records, in the office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of
Collins Avenue, 60.00 feet wide, with the southerly line
of Katella Avenue, 60.00 feet wide; thence Easterly along
said southerly line of Katella Avenue S. 88 54' 53" E.,
50.00 feet; thence S. 48 46' 33" W., 29.71 feet to a line
which is parallel with and southerly 20.00 feet from said
southerly line of Katella Avenue; thence N. 88 54' 53"
7., 8.00 feet along said parallel line to the beginning of
a tangent curve, concave southeasterly and having a radius
of 34.00 feet; thence Southwesterly 24.89 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 41 56' 57 to a point on
said easterly line of Collins Avenue, distant thereon S.
6 27' 58" W., 28.84 feet from the point of beginning;
thence N. 6 27' 58" E., 28.84 feet along said easterly
line to the point of beginning.
