RESOLUTION NO. 65R- 734
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 65R -723
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT PUBLIC CONVENIENCE
AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE CONSTRUCTION AND COM-
PLETION OF A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, TO WIT: FIRE
STATION NO. 7, AT 2222 EAST BALL ROAD, JOB NO.
933, AND FIRE STATION NO. 8, AT THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF EUCLID AND WESTMONT, IN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM, JOB NO. 986.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on September 28, 1965
adopt Resolution No. 65R -723 finding and determining that public
convenience and necessity require the construction and completion
of a public improvement, to wit:
Fire Station No. 7, at 2222 East Ball Road,
Job No. 933, and Fire Station No. 8, at the
Southwest Corner of Euclid and Westmont, in
the City of Anaheim, Job No. 986.
and authorizing the City Clerk to publish a notice, according
to law, inviting sealed proposals for the furnishing of all
plant, labor, services, materials, etc. for the construction
and completion of said public improvement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the plans and
all work preparatory to the publication of a notice inviting
sealed proposals for said public improvement have not yet been
completed, and that Resolution No. 65R -723 should, therefore, be
rescinded.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R -723 be, and the same
is hereby, rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of October, 1965.
