A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DELL
CONVEYING TO THE CITY or ANAHEIM CERTAIN READ.
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR WATER TRANS-
MISSION PIPE LINES AND APPURTtNANCS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for water
transmission pipe lines and appurtenances
and
WHEREAS, the over s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LOUIS E. NOHL and
MARGARET ELLIOTT NOHL, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
propeerty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for water
transmission pipe lines and appurtenances
and more particularly escr a as o .o
An easement for the construction, reconstruction,
maintenance and repair of water transmission pipe lines
and appurtenances necessary thereto over, under and
across a strip of land, said strip being 25 feet in
width, the center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point referred to as 1 Point A", described
in Parcel A of the deed recorded August 16, 1965 in
Book 7632, page 23 of Official Records of Orange County,
California; thence North 69 57' 27" West, a distance of
45.00 feet to a point of terminus.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
