A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
MAINTENANCE OF A TRAFFIC
COUNCIL OF THE CITY

FOR INSTALLATION AND
SIGNAL CONTROL DETECTOR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for _municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for installqti9n
and maintenance of a traffic signal control detector
and
WAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of A naheim that the offer of THE PRUDENTTAJJ IJSURANCE
COMPAN OF AMERICA
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for installation
and maintenance of a traffic signal control detector
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance of a
traffic signal control detector, over, under and across
the Southerly 40.00 feet of the Northerly 895.44 feet
of the Easterly 45.00 feet of the Northwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 9, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as
shown on a Map filed in Book 28, page 32 of Record of Sur-
veys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
Excepting therefrom the Easterly 29.00 feet lying within
the right of way of Loara Street.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of September 19 65
