1965-678WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
quitclaim the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept a Quitclaim Deed for said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the bffer of Orange County Flood
Control District, a body corporate and politic, to quitclaim
to the City of Anaheim all rights, title and interest in and
to the following described real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used
for municipal purposes, and more particularly described as
follows:
Those portions of Lots 3 and 4 of the Stockwell
Subdivision, in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, per map recorded in
Book 6, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County, as
described in deeds to the Orange County Flood
Control District recorded April 8, 1960 in Book
5185, page 438 and recorded March 9, 1961 in
Book 5651, page 222 both of Official Records in
the Office of said County Recorder.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a Quitclaim
Deed for said property.
