A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A
CONVEYING TEE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha® offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of
NOW, that the offer of C. ROSS DEAN and ERIN D.
DEAN, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anahei the following described real
property situated in the City of An heim, County of Orange,
State of ca4ifornia, to be used for an easement for road and
public uti ity purposes
and particularly described as follows:

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 53.00 feet, as measured at right
angles from the center line of Knott Street (formerly known
as Knott Avenue) of that portion of the South half of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 15,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellane-
ous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said South half; thence
West 330.00 feet along the South line of said South half;
thence North 264.00 feet parallel with the East line of
said South half; thence East 330.00 feet parallel with
said South line; thence South 264.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
For the purpose of this description, the center line of said
Knott Street is assumed to be the east line of that parcel
of land described above.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
