A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
CONVEX ACCEPTING CITY 0 TAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
OVERHANG PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter describes real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utili y
overhang purposes
and
the or of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

to sell to the City of Anahei the following described real
property situated in the City of An,beim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility overhang purpos s
and more particularly described as follow:
An easement for public utility overhang purposes for electric
power lines and cross arms over, under and across the North-
erly, Easterly and Southerly 5.00 feet of that parcel of land
described as follows:
The North half of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, partly in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
and partly in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as
per Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying within Euclid Street.
Note: For the purpose of this description the center line
of Euclid Street is assumed to be the Westerly line of the
above described parcel of land.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
