A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CONVEYING TOT E IT OF. ANA IM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILTTY
PURPOSES.
AREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter describes real property
for_municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purposes
and
WHEREAS, the over of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOM THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahei that the offer of FREDRICKS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION. a coruoration
utility purposes
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described rent
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for nublic
and more particularly described as follow
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and across
the Easterly 7 feet of the following described parcel of land:
The East one acre of the South five acres of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
The Westerly 4 feet of the above described easement is to be
used for the overhang of electric power lines and cross arms.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of September 19 65
