A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
utilit •ur.oses
WHEREAS, the over S of said property ha® offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of An- ,beim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

and re particularly described as follows;
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 221 of Tract 2377, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 75, pages 29 to 35, of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Crone Avenue and
Euclid Street (formerly known as Euclid Avenue) as shown on
a Map of said Tract 2377; thence South 89 35' 18" West along
the centerline of said Crone Avenue, a distance of 67.08
feet; thence North 0 24' 42" West a distance of 30 feet to
the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly and having a
radius of 15 feet, a radial line bearing South 0 24' 42'
East, passes through the point of beginning of said curve;
thence Easterly and Northerly along said curve through a central
angle of 88 49' 00" an arc distance of 23.25 feet to an inter-
section with a line parallel with and 53 feet Westerly as
measured at right angles from the centerline of said Euclid
Street; thence Northerly along said parallel line to an inter-
section with the North line of said Lot 221; thence North
89 36' 27" East, a distance of 53 feet to the centerline of
said Euclid Street; thence South 0 04' 40" West along the
centerline of said Euclid Street to the point of beginning.
For the purpose of the above description, the centerline of
Euclid Street is considered to be the East line and the
centerline of Crone Avenue is considered to be the Southerly
line of Lot 221 of said Tract 2377.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
