A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64R -727 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 64- 65 -21.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
October 6, 1964, adopt Resolution No. 64R -727 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 64 -65 -21 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from M -1,
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
subject to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Conditions Nos. 5, 6 and 7 of said resolution
read as follows:
"5. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and specifi-
cations on file with the City of Anaheim, marked
Exhibits Nos. 1 through 4.
"6. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the north, east and south boundaries of
subject property, prior to final building
inspection.
"7. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed
parallel to Muller Avenue beside the setback
area, for the purpose of concealing the
private driveways on Lots 1, 4 and 5, and that
said wall shall be constructed prior to final
building inspection."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Conditions
Nos. 5 and 7 should be deleted from Resolution No. 64R -727 and
that Condition No. 6 should be amended to provide that a 6-
foot masonry wall be constructed along the north boundary only
of subject property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -727 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 64 -65 -21 be, and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
1. That Conditions Nos. 5 and 7 of Resolution No.
64R -727 be, and the same are hereby deleted.
2. That Condition No. 6 of said resolution be,
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"6. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the north boundary of subject property,
prior to final building inspection."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 64R -727 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
