A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND
TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the
City of Anaheim, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the
State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, herein-
after referred to as the Department, on March 20, 1961, for
expenditure of State allocated funds; and
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and
was submitted to the Department on May 21, 1965 showing the
estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
during the 1965 -66 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, a budget approved by the Department on
June 21, 1965 has been presented to the City Council in accord-
ance with the project statement submitted by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budget,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents
thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said budget be and is hereby adopted
as the budget of expenditures recommended to be made from such
funds during the 1965 -66 fiscal year.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 31st day of August, 1965.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: ,An easement for road and

that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, vender
and across that portion of the Southeast quarter of the North-
east quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 28, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Las Bolsas, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Loara Street
with the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly line of Lot A,
Tract No. 5684, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 216, page 45
of said Miscellaneous Maps; thence along said Loara Street
center line, North 0 42' 40" West, 131.76 feet, more or less,
to the Northeast corner of the land described in "Parcel 1"
in the deed to Arthur R. Dorrington et ux, recorded November 15,
1963 in Book 6895, page 751 of Official Records; thence Westerly
along the Northerly line of said Dorrington land to a point on
a line parallel with and distant Westerly 32.00 feet, as measured
at right angles, from said Loara Street centerline; thence along
said parallel line South 0 42' 40" East, 108.64 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concave Northwesterly and having
a radius of 15 feet; thence Southwesterly along said curve,
through a central angle of 90 09' 22" an arc distance of 23.60
feet to a point; thence radially to said curve, South 0 33' 18"
East, 7.00 feet to a point in the Northerly line of said Lot A;
thence Easterly along said last mentioned Northerly line, and
its Easterly prolongation, 47.06 feet to the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
