A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CI
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners .-f said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and bast interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

to sell to the City of Anabei the following described real
property situated in the City of An beim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and re particularly described as follows:
Easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 10.00 feet of the Westerly 30.00
feet, as measured at right angles to the centerline of
Baxter Street, of that portion of the north half of Lot 8,
Golden State Tract No. 2, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 4, page 68, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County,
conveyed to Adolf Schoepe et ux by deed recorded July 29,
1959, in Book 4816, page 158, official Records of said
County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and th ='t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
