A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CONVEYING TO THE CIT
PROPERTY FOR EAS rNTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY AND PUBLIC UTILITY OVERHANG PURPOSES.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across a portion of Lot 24, Anaheim Investment Company's
Tract, as per Map recorded in Book 7, pages 33 and 34 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as
follows:
PARCEL ONE: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Tract No.
2802, recorded in Book 115, pages 45 and 46 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County; thence North 0 12' 50"
West along a portion of the Westerly boundary of said Tract 2802
to an intersection with a line parallel with and 30 feet North-
erly as measured at right angles from the Southerly boundary
of said Lot 24; thence Westerly along said parallel line a
distance of 274.77 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence
Westerly and Northerly along said curve through a central angle
of 89 26' 56" an arc distance of 23.42 feet to an intersection
with a line parallel with and 30 feet Easterly as measured at
right angles from the Westerly line of said Lot 24; thence
Westerly to the Westerly line of said Lot 24; thence Southerly
along a portion of the Westerly line of said Lot 24 a distance
of 44.96 feet to an intersection with the Southerly line of
said Lot 24; thence Easterly along a portion of the Southerly
boundary of said Lot 24 a distance of 319.73 feet to the point
of beginning.
NOTE: For the purpose of the above description the South line
of said Lot 24 is assumed to be the center line of Palm Lane
South and the West line of said Lot 24 is assumed to be the
center line of Palm Lane East.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for public utility overhang purposes
for electric power lines and cross arms over, along and across
the Easterly 3.00 feet of the following described parcel of land:
The South 300.00 feet of said Lot 24 of Anaheim Investment Com-
pany's Tract.
Except the East 338.72 feet thereof.
be, and the same is hereby, ccepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
.the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
