Easements over property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for the installation and maintenance
of power poles, lines and incidental equipment over and across
the Westerly 5.00 feet of Lots 6, 7 and 18, Tract No. 5452,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 211, pages 1 and 2 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
PARCEL TWO: An overhead easement for power lines and cross
arms over the Easterly 3.00 feet of the Westerly 8.00 feet
of Lots 6, 7 and 18, Tract No. 5452, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 211, pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
