OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED

PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for _municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer line
p urposes.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of GUNTER OTTO and
CHARLO OTTO, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaahei the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for sewer line
purposes
and a:rre particularly described as follows
An easement for sewer line purposes only over,
under and across the Northerly 10 feet of Lot 15
of the Eucalyptus Forest Tract, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 5, pages 29 and 30 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and th :t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
.thy City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
