that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

to sell to the City of Anahei the following described real
property situated in the City of Anc= ,beim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes

OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING 49 DE
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF IM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 1, Block A, Tract 158, Elk
Park Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, page 8
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of N. Anaheim Boule-
vard (formerly known as Los Angeles Street) and E. North Street,
as shown on a Map of said Tract 158; thence South 15 24' 0"
East along the center line of said Anaheim Boulevard, a dis-
tance of 39.73 feet; thence North 74 36' 0" East a distance
of 40 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly
and having a radius of 15 feet, a radial line passim through
said point of beginning of said curve bears South 74 36' 0'
West; thence Northerly and Easterly along said curve through a
central angle of 89 58' 55" a distance of 23.56 feet; thence
North 15 25' 05" West a distance of 24.75 feet to the center
line of said E. North Street; thence South 74 34' 55" West
along the center line of said E. North Street, a distance of
54.99 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom any portions lying within N. Anaheim
Boulevard (formerly Los Angeles Street) or within E. North
Street, as shown on said Map recorded in Book 12, page 8 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, and also
excepting any portion of the land conveyed to the City of
Anaheim by deed recorded December 2, 1937 in Book 919,
page 207 of Official Records of Orange County.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
:the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
