A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC
ROAD AND UTILITY PURPOSES, INCLUDING WATER
TRANSMISSION LINES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public road
and utility purposes, including water transmission lines; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of Lusk Corporation, a
California Corporation; BURRUEL LAND CO., a corporation; and
LOUIS E. NOHL and MARGARET ELLIOTT NOHL, husband and wife, to
sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for an easement for public road and uti-
lity purposes, including water transmission lines, and more
particularly described as follows:
An easement for public road and utility purposes, including
water transmission lines, over under and across the follow
ing described parcels of land, being a portion of the land
allotted to Heirs of Leandro Serrano in Decree of Parti-
tion of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in
Book "B" of Judgements of the 17th Judicial District
Court of California, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: A strip of land sixty (60) feet in width
lying 30 feet each side of the following described center
line:
Commencing at "Point C" as referred to in Parcel One of
that certain easement deed recorded April 15, 1965 in Book
7485, page 209 of Official Records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia; thence North 12 19' 46" East 4.00 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence South 77 40' 14" East
162.19 feet; thence South 79 05' 00" East 959.51 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northerly
having a radius of 800.00 feet; thence Easterly 616.45
feet along said curve through a central angle of 44 09' 00
thence North 56 46' 00" East, tangent to said curve 1116.21
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwest-
erly having a radius of 600.00 feet; thence Northeasterly
235.62 feet along said curve through a central angle of 22
30' 00 thence North 34 16' 00" East, tangent to said
curve 258.31 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve con-
cave Southeasterly having a radius of 600.00 feet; thence
Northeasterly 425.86 feet along said curve through a central

tangent curve concave Northerly having a radius of 600.00
feet; thence Easterly 272.27 feet along said curve through

East tangent to said curve 684.54 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave Southerly having a radius of 600.00
feet; thence Easterly 513.13 feet along said curve through
a central angle of 49 00' 00 thence South 82 04' 00"
East tangent to said curve 262.42 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave Northerly having a radius of 600.00
feet; thence Easterly 502.65 feet along said curve through
a central angle of 48 00' 00 thence North 49 56' 00"
East, tangent to said curve 298.09 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Southerly having a radius of
600.00 feet; thence Easterly 314.16 feet along said curve
through a central angle of 30 00' 00 thence North
79 56' 00" East tangent to said curve 291.25 feet to a
point hereinafter referred to as "Point E thence North
79 56' 00" East 50.00 feet.
PARCEL TWO: A strip of land 60 feet in width lying 30
feet on each side of the following described line:
Beginning at "Point E described in Parcel No. 1 above;
thence North 10 04' 00" West 260.70 feet to the begin-
ning of a tangent curve concave Easterly having a radius
of 600.00 feet; thence Northerly 146.61 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 14 00' 00 thence North
3 56' 00" East tangent to said curve 301.94 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave Westerly having
a radius of 600.00 feet; thence Northerly 190.24 feet
along said curve through a central angle of 18 10' 00
thence North 14 14' 00" West tangent to said curve 613.75
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Westerly
having a radius of 600.00 feet; thence Northerly 94.25
feet along said curve through a central angle of 9 00' 00
thence North 23 14' 00" West, tangent to said curve 182.60
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Easterly
having a radius of 600.00 feet; thence Northerly 366.52
feet along said curve through a central angle of 35 00' 00
thence North 11 46' 00" East tangent to said curve 130.15
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Westerly
having a radius of 600.00 feet; thence Northerly 146.61
feet along said curve through a central angle of 14 00' 00
thence North 2 14' 00" West 54.60 feet to the center line
of eastbound roadway of Santa Ana Canyon Road.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to
the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the
City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
