A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
TO PROPERTY PURCHASED IN SETTLEMENT OF EMI-
NENT DOMAIN LITIGATION UNDER RESOLUTION
NO. 65R -421.
WHEREAS, in its Resolution No. 65R -421, the City
Council authorized the settlement of certain eminent domain
litigation and in connection therewith received an Easement
Grant Deed in favor of the City of Anaheim from Edward
Hanlan Bowler and Mary E. Bowler dated July 2, 1965;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby accept that cer-
tain Easement Grant Deed dated July 2, 1965, to which reference
has been made, covering the following described property:
The real property in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
An easement for highway and public utility purposes
over, under and across a portion of Lot One (1) of
Orange Grove Acres, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 6, Page 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, lying within a strip
of land 53.00 feet in width, the North line of said
strip being described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot One (1),
said Northwest corner being the intersection of the
West line of Lot One and the center line of La
Palma Avenue, 40.00 feet in width; thence North
73 44' 00" East a distance of 81.32 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwest-
erly, having a radium of 1,000 feet; thence
Easterly and Northeasterly along said curve through
a central angle of 12 59 14" an arc distance of
226.67 feet.
and that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby authorized and
directed to record said deed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 24th day of August, 1965.
