A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 65R -469 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 64- 65 -90.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
June 22, 1965, adopt Resolution No. 65R -469 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 64 -65 -90 finding and determining that the prop-
erty and area therein described should be changed from R -A,
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C -1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to
certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Conditions Nos. 1 and 8 of said resolution read
as follows:
"1. That all points of access to subject property shall
be subject to the approval of the State Division of
Highways and the Traffic Engineer of the City of
Anaheim."
"8. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2(b), 3 and 4 above mentioned
shall be complied with within a period of 180 days
from date hereof, or such further time as the City
Council may grant."
AND WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
that said ConditionsNos. 1 and 8 be amended to permit more time to
resolve the problem of access to subject property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said request
should be granted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R -469 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 64 -65 -90 be, and the same is hereby amended by
amending Conditions Nos. 1 and 8 thereof to read as follows:
"1. That all points of access to subject property shall
be subject to the approval of the State Division of
Highways and the Traffic Engineer of the City of
Anaheim, and that such approval shall be obtained
within a period of two years from August 24, 1965."
"8. That Conditions Nos. 2(b), 3 and 4 above mentioned
shall be complied with within a period of 180 days
from date of compliance with Condition No. 1 hereof."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 65R -469 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of August, 1965.
