RESOLUTION NO. 65R -620
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO JAMES W. GILMORE TO MOVE A
DWELLING FROM 3630 WEST WESTMINSTER
BOULEVARD, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, TO
2966 STONYBROOK DRIVE, ANAHEIM, CALI-
FORNIA.
WHEREAS, JAMES W. GILMORE, having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 3630 West Westminster Boulevard, Santa Ana, California, to
2966 Stonybrook Drive, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 10th day of August, 1965, at the hour of 1 :30
o'clock P.M., and .notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an op-
portunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly consi-
dered said application for a house moving permit, together with
all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said permit should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said JAMES W. GILMORE
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 3630
West Westminster Boulevard, Santa Ana, California, to 2966 Stony
brook Drive, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby
granted subject to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to the moving of buildings from a point outside the City of
Anaheim to a point within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 10th day of August, 1965.
