1965-614WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to grant certain property
to the Orange County Flood Control District in exchange for
certain permits and easements; and
WHEREAS, the property so deeded to said Orange County
Flood Control District is of no further use to the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, to accomplish the foregoing purposes it
becomes necessary and proper for the City of Anaheim to execute
a Grant Deed and to execute a Right of Way Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of
the City that certain grant deed in favor of the Orange County
Flood Control District being designated "Project No. E01; Project:
Santa Ana River Channel; Parcel No. 1413.01.'
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
on behalf of the City that certain Right of Way Contract between
the City and said Flood Control District, being designated
"Project No. E01; Project: Santa Ana River Channel; Parcel Nos.
1413.01 and 1413.11."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
