A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN EASEMENT DEED TO LOUIS E. NOHL AND
MARGARET ELLIOTT NOHL.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Louis E. Nohl and
Margaret E. Nohl did, on October 20, 1964, enter into a written
agreement providing, among other things, for the granting of an
easement for road and public utility purposes and for ingress
and egress over the hereinafter described real property to
Louis E. Nohl and Margaret Elliott Nohl.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver,
in accordance with the terms of that certain agreement entered
into on October 20, 1964, to which reference has been made, a
good and sufficient Easement Deed granting to Louis E. Nohl and
Margaret Elliott Nohl an easement for road and public utility
purposes and for ingress and egress over the following described
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, to wit:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
and for ingress and egress for the benefit of the
properties adjacent, over and across that certain
20 -foot roadway to be constructed across the crest
of the Walnut Canyon Dam, now under construction
within the property described in a deed to the
City of Anaheim, recorded November 19, 1964, in
Book 7309, page 776 of Official Records in Orange
County, California, upon completion of said Dam
and roadway according to the approved plans therefor.
RESERVING THEREFROM unto the City of Anaheim, and
other necessary governmental agencies, the right
of approval of the location and design of utilities
as shall be constructed along said easement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of August, 1965.
