A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY
of ANAEEnd ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CI
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ham offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE a IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of WILLIAM D. PJC9ETO, and
C. PROCOPIO husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anahei the following described res
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
jublic utility purposes
and re particularly described as follow
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 53.00 feet,
as measured at right angles from the center line
of Euclid Street (formerly known as Euclid Avenue)
of the following described parcel of land:
Lot 3 of Tract 2381, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 69, pages 15, 16 and 17 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
Note: For the purpose of this description, the
West line of said Lot 3 is assumed to be the center
line of Euclid Street.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and th :t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
