1965-566WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
June 1, 1965 adopt Resolution No. 65R -405 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 64 -65 -118 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from
C -0, COMMERCIAL OFFICE ZONE to C -1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE,
subject to certain conditions set forth in said resolution;
and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 4 of Resolution No. 65R -405
reads as follows:
"4. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications
on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits
Nos. 1 and 2."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condi-
tion No. 4 should be amended to provide that subject property
be developed in accordance with C -1 Site Development Standards;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R -405 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 64 -65 -118 be, and the same is hereby,
amended by amending Condition No. 4 thereof to read as follows:
"4. That subject property shall be developed in accord-
ance with C -1, General Commercial Zone, Site Develop-
ment Standards."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 65R -405 be, and remain, in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
