OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF AWED! CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner -f said property ha ss offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
IOW THEREFORE, ..r.. IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahai that the offer of ALBERTSON' S INC.., a
Nevada Corporation,

to sell to the City of Anabei the following described rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows
That portion of Vineyard Lot C -1, as per Map recorded in Book 4,
pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, California described as follows: Begin-
ning at the center line intersection of North Rose Street and
Sycamore Street, as shown on a Map of Tract No. 2723, recorded
in Book 84, pages 19, 20 and 21 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County; thence South 15 30' 29" East along the
center line of said North Rose Street, a distance of 47 feet;
thence North 74 29' 31" East a distance of 29 feet, as measured
at right angles from said center line of said North Rose Street
to the beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly and have a
radius of 15 feet, a radial line bearing South 74 29' 31" West
passes through the point of beginning of said curve; thence
Northerly and Easterly along said curve through a central angle
of 90 00'14" an arc distance of 23.56 feet to an intersection
with a line parallel with and 32 feet Southerly of the center
line of said Sycamore Street; thence North 74 29' 45" East a
distance of 204.72 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence
Easterly and Southerly along said curve through a central angle
of 90 02' 57" an arc distance of 23.57 feet to a tangent
intersection with a line parallel with and 35.5 feet Westerly
of the center line of North East Street; thence Easterly at
right angles to said parallel line a distance of 35.5 feet to
the center line of said North East Street; thence
North 15 27' 18" West a distance of 47.04 feet to the center
line of said Sycamore Street; thence South 74° 29' 45" West
along the center line of said Sycamore Street a distance
of 299.27 feet to the point of beginning.
RESERVING to Albertson's, Inc., its successors, assigns,
tenants, employees, agents and servants an easement for
ingress, egress and traveling by vehicular or pedestrian
traffic over, upon and across the above described property
to and from the southerly adjoining property.
Subject to any and all easements, reservations, restric-
tions, defects and encumbrances of record or title.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
