PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Northerly 32.00 feet, as measured
at right angles from the center line of Crescent Avenue, of
the following described parcel of land:
The North 425 feet of the West half of the Northwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map
thereof recorded in Book 51, page 7 et seq. of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County. Excepting the West 310
feet.
For the purpose of this description, the North line of the
above described parcel is assumed to be the center line of
Crescent Avenue.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly and Southerly 3.00 feet of the
following described parcel of land:
The North 425 feet of the West half of the Northwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map
thereof recorded in Book 51, page 7 et seq of Miscellaneous

ALSO EXCEPTING that portion lying within Crescent Avenue.
