OF ANAIEIX ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING THE CI
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for_mumicipal purposes, to wit: An easement for water line
purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner ,f said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE a j±`. IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahei that the offer of GREAT WESTERN LAND CO.

to sell to the City of lahei:. the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for waterline
purposes
re particularly described as follows
An easement for the installation and maintenance
of a water line under and across the Westerly 8.00
feet of Lot 64, Tract 5409, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 217, pages 45 et seq. of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and th:t the City of Anaheim accept a convey
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
