RESOLUTION NO. 65R -554
A RESOLUTION OF CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
u ublic utility nuruoses
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the saw o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Aube: that the offer of RICHARD A BLYWISE. a married
man. dealing with his sole and separate property,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of An heim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and re particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Westerly 30.00 feet, as measured at right angles
from the center line of Baxter Street, of the South half of
Lot 8, Golden State Tract No. 2, as per Map thereof recorded
in Book 4, page 68 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion included within the following
described parcel of land:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said lot, the Westerly
line of said lot being the center line of Baxter Street, 40
feet wide, shown on said map as an unnamed street between
Lots 8 and 9; thence along said Westerly line, North 0 10' 07"
East 95.84 feet; thence at right angles from said Westerly
line, South 89 49' 53" East, 20.00 feet to the Easterly line
of said Baxter Street; thence South 22 05' 59" East, 104.40
feet to the Southerly line of said lot; thence North 89 05' 20"
West 59.57 feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th d. y of July 19 65
