WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ham offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
nublic utility Purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An'easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the North 98.00 feet of the South
138.00 feet of the East 82.00 feet of the West 102.00 feet of
the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 8,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, being the South 98.00 feet
of that area marked "not a part of this subdivision" on the Map
of Tract No. 1642, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 49, page 4
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Aladdin Drive with
the centerline of Lincoln Avenue, as shown on a Map of said
Tract 1642; thence North 89 31' West along the centerline of
said Lincoln Avenue, a distance of 40.46 feet; thence North 00
29' 00" East a distance of 40 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 15 feet, a radial
line bearing South 00 29' 00" West passes through the point of
beginning of said curve; thence Easterl and Northerly along said
curve through a central angle of 90 29 00" an arc distance of
23.688 feet; thence East a distance of 25 feet to an intersection
with the centerline of said Aladdin Drive; thence South along
the centerline of said Aladdin Drive to the point of beginning.
