A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
65R -846 IN RECLASSIFICATION 1O. 65- 66 -49.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
November 23, 1965, adopt Resolution No. 65R -846 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 65 -66 -49 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from the
interim zoning of R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE and R -1, ONE- FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE to R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE and R -1, ONE- FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE, as more particularly set forth in said resolu-
tion; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the property
designated and described as Parcel 1 in said resolution should
have been designated and described as Parcels 1 and 3; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zones
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R -849 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 65 -66 -49 be, and the same is hereby amended
by amending the description of the real property contained in
said resolution to read as follows:
"All of that property and area situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
Parcels 1 and 3:
All that land in the City of Anaheim, State of California,
described as the Wagner -Rio Vista Annexation, as filed
on November 23, 1964, Document #19729, records of Orange
County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM Tract 4716, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 171, pages 36 through 39, inclusive,
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
Parcel 2:
All that land in the City of Anaheim, State of California,
known as Tract 4716, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
171, pages 36 through 39, inclusive, of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California."
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 65R -849 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of December, 1965.
