A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
65R -904 ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
PAUL E. HATFIELD, DOROTHY J. HATFIELD,
ROBERT I. PATCHIN AND DORIS J. PATCHIN.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on December 7, 1965
adopt Resolution No. 65R -904 entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR
AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES and
WHEREAS, the next to the last paragraph of said
Resolution No. 65R -904 reads as follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby,
authorized to pay to the owner or owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar
($1.00)."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said para-
graph of said resolution should be amended to read:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of
Finance of the City of Anaheim be, and he is
hereby, authorized to pay to Paul E. Hatfield,
Dorothy J. Hatfield, Robert I. Patchin and
Doris J. Patchin,the owners of said real
property, the sum of Six Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($6,900)."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R -904 be, and
the same is hereby, amended by amending the next to the last
paragraph thereof to read as follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of
Finance of the City of Anaheim be, and he is
hereby, authorized to pay to Paul E. Hatfield,
Dorothy J. Hatfield, Robert I. Patchin and
Doris J. Patchin, the owners of said real
property, the sum of Six Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($6,900)."
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 65R -904 be, and remain, in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 14th day of December, 1965.
