A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CI
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS the City

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of H. E. BALMER and
MARJORIE J. BALMER, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described rea
property_ situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the Southeast quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of the West 10
acres of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 23, with the line as described in a deed recorded
September 15, 1965 in Book 7667, page 322of Official Records
of said Orange County; thence North 0 14 50" West, 156.62
feet along the East line of the West 10 acres; thence South
89 45' 10" West 51.00 feet; thence South 0 14' 50" East,
45.48 feet parallel to said East line of said West 10 acres
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and
having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Southerly and Westerly
along said curve through a central angle of 134 56' 00" an
arc distance of 58.88 feet to a point on the before mentioned
line described by a deed recorded September 15, 1965 in Book
7667, page 322 of Official Records; thence South 45 18' 50"
East, 132.30 feet along said deed line to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of December 19 65
