Council of the City of Anaheim is
hereinafter described real property
wit: ,An easement for road and
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as folly
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 4,
Township 4 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. M., described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 4; thence
North 89 09' 05" East 640.78 feet along the North line of said
Section 4, said North line being parallel with and 10 feet South
of the center line of Walnut Street, as shown on a Map recorded
February 11, 1963 in Book 62, page 35 of Record of Surveys, in
the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County; thence
South 01 26' 01" West 22.02 feet; thence South 89° 09' 05" West
550.38 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave South-
easterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence Westerly and
Southerly along said curve through a central angle of 69 32' 36"
an arc distance of 18.21 feet; thence South 19 36' 29" West
92.37 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave. Easterly
and having a radius of 318.00 feet; thence Southerly along said
curve through a central angle of 18 10' 28" an arc distance of

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
