A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
PURPOSES.

FOR SEWER LINE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for_municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer line
purposes
and
An easement for sewer line purposes only over,
under and across the Northerly 10 feet of Lot 20
of the Eucalyptus Forest Tract, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 5, pages 29 and 30 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of /Anaheim that the offer of HARMON L. VAN ARNAM and
ENMA VAN ARNAM
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated its the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for sewer
line purposes
and more particularly described as Follows:
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 30th day of November 19 65
