OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner._ of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of A naheim that the offer of KAY LOPIN, azunmarried
to sell to the City o Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the westerly 53 feet, as
measured at right angles from the center line of
Euclid Street of the following described parcel
of land:
Lot 4 of Tract 2381, as per Map recorded in Book
69, pages 15 to 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.
For the purpose of this description, the center
line of Euclid Street is assumed to be the Westerly
line of Lot 4, of said Tract 2381.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
