A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHRIX ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO Tiig CI
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of BERT PATRICK BOYNTON and
NORMA JANET BOYNTON, husband and wife
to sell to the City of the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
Stet, of C to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 53 feet, as measured
at right angles from the center line of Euclid
Street, of the following described parcel of land:
Lot 2 of Tract No. 2381, as per Map recorded in
Book 69, pages 15, 16 and 17 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County
For the purpose of this description, the center
line of Euclid Street, is assumed to be the
Westerly line of Lot 2, said Tract 2381.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 30th day of November 19 65
