A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of PRIMUS HOLDING COMPANY,
a Delaware corporation, by merger with Northroad Realty Cor-
poration and Sipol Realty Corporation, certificate of ownership
and merger recorded January 23, 1963 in Book 6405, page 394
of Official Records, and LONG BEACH LEASING CORPORATION, a
California corporation, by agreement of merger with Caldevco, Inc.,
and Commerce Park Industrial Co., and others, said agreement re-
corded October 10, 1964 in Book 7296, page 110 of Official
Records, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes, and more particularly described as
follows:
An easement over the real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 20 in Block K of the Kraemer
Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and
88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
and that portion of Lot 10 of Orange Grove Acres, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 6, page 42 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 16 of said
Block K as said corner is shown on a Record of Survey Map
filed in Book 57, page 17 of Record of Surveys in the of-
fice of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence
North 73 44' 00" East along the center line of La Palma
Avenue a distance of 82.05 feet; thence at right angles to
said center line South 16 16' 00" East 53.00 feet to the
Southerly line of said La Palma Avenue and the true point
of beginning; thence Southwesterly along a curve concave
Southeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet, through a
central angle of 90 00 00" and an arc distance of 23.56
feet to a line which is perpendicular to said La Palma
Avenue; thence South 16 16 00" East along last mentioned
line a distance of 556.51 feet to the beginning of a curve

concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 23.00 feet;
thence along said curve through a central angle of 90 00'
00" and an arc distance of 36.13 feet to a line which is
parallel with said La Palma Avenue; thence North 73 44'
00" East along last mentioned line a distance of 523.68
feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly and
having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence along said curve
through a central angle of 22° 37' 12 and an arc distance
of 19.74 feet to a point of common curvature; thence along
a curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 54.00
feet, through a central angle of 251 47' 15" and an arc
distance of 237.30 feet to a point of common curvature;
thence along a curve concave Southwesterly and having a
radius of 50.00 feet, through a central angle of 49 10' 03"
and an arc distance of 42.91 feet to a line which is parallel
with said La Palma Avenue; thence South 73 44' 00" West
along last mentioned line a distance of 524.99 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly and having a
radius of 47.00 feet; thence along said curve through a
central angle of 90 00' 00" and an arc distance of 73.83
feet to a line which is perpendicular to said La Palma
Avenue; thence North 16 16 00" West along last mentioned
line a distance of 596.51 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet;
thence along said curve through a central angle of 90 00' 00"
and an arc distance of 23.56 feet to the Southerly line of
said La Palma Avenue; thence North 73 44' 00" East 94.00
feet to the true point of beginning.
RESERVING THEREFROM unto the Grantor the right to operate
and maintain an existing irrigation line system and a
domestic water line, together with the right of ingress
and egress in, under, and to those portions of land lying
within the above described parcel of land, said portions
described as follows:
A strip of land 10 feet wide, being 5 feet on each side of
the following described center lines:
Beginning at a point in the second course of the above des-
cribed land (said course having a bearing of South 16 16'
00" East and a distance of 556.51 feet) said point being
distant 105.30 feet, measured at right angles from the center
line of said La Palma Avenue; thence South 45° 36' 30" East
a distance of 72.6 feet, more or less, to the Westerly line
of the above described land (said Westerly line having a
bearing of North 16 16' 00" West and a distance of 596.51
feet).
A strip of land 10 feet wide across the above described land,
said strip being 5 feet on each side of a line which is
parallel with and distant 62.10 feet, measured at right
angles, from the center line of said La Palma Avenue.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
